Make Up A Meeting
Make Up A Meeting
Since 2019, all makeups made within a Rotary Year will be banked and allocated as needed to your missed meetings.
The traditional way to make up a meeting is to attend a meeting at another club. See the link to the District Club Meetings by Day of Week for a list of locations and times for the Greater St. Louis Rotary Clubs.
Our club also offers two official makeup events each month:
- Rotary After Hours at 5:30 on the third Tuesday evening of the month at Llywelyn's Pub in Webster Groves.
- For you early birds, Rotary Coffee Hour is held at 7:30 on the first Wednesday morning of the month, held at rotating venues. (Watch for email announcing the Coffee Hour venue each month.)
A third way to earn makeups is through attendance at committee meetings and participation in the club's community and social events, such as the July 4th Parade, the annual Pancake Festival, all social events, and so forth.
The easiest way to make up a missed meeting is to visit one of the Rotary E-Clubs on the Internet. This requires about 30 minutes and costs nothing, although donations are welcome. These meetings can be attended from the comfort of your own home, office, vacation cottage, cruise ship, or wherever you can get an Internet connection. Here are links to two of the most popular e-clubs:
