John Wagner, Director of Planning and Development for the City of Webster Groves, will join Webster Groves Rotary for the October 30 Friday program.

John’s topic will be added when it is confirmed. The City’s Planning and Development Department guides the community’s growth, development, and preservation through planning, zoning, development review, historic preservation, code administration, and economic-development work.
This is a scheduled program. Guests are welcome at the Friday lunch meeting in Fellowship Hall at Webster Groves Presbyterian Church, 45 West Lockwood Avenue at Gore.
