Youth leadership
Missouri Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) brings high school students together for an experience built around service, communication, teamwork, and ethical leadership.
Webster Groves Rotary is part of District 6060, one of the Missouri districts that supports the Academy.
A place to practice leadership
RYLA gives students the chance to meet peers from around Missouri, work through challenges together, and learn how leadership can become practical service in their schools and communities. Academy participation is arranged with support from a sponsoring Rotary club.
