TerraClear Foundation works with schools and families in Laos to provide ceramic water filters, hygiene and water-safety education, and continued local support. The goal is not a one-time distribution. A filter has lasting value when people understand how to use and maintain it and when local partners remain connected to the households and classrooms it serves.
